This week's report - March 15, 2026

A special Bridal collection could very well be on the horizon at Bourgine. The photoshoot is set to take place as early as next week. In the meantime, let us introduce you to a few brides we gathered along the way.
The Bride, Jean-Baptiste Camille Corot (1825-1850)
The Bride at Her Toilet on the Day of Her Wedding, David Wilkie (1838)
A Bride and her Girlfriend, Henrik Olrik (1859)
The Reluctant Bride, Auguste Toulmouche (1866)
The Bride (Jeanne Gonzalès), Eva Gonzalès (1869)
Study of a Bride, Edward Hopper (1899-1906)
The Wedding Party, Henri Rousseau (1905)
Bride and Groom With Eiffel Tower, Marc Chagall (1938-1939)
The Bride As She Is, Pablo Picasso (1962)
The Bride, Niki de Saint-Phalle (1963)
As it turns out, finding artworks in which the ladies don't look on the verge of a nervous breakdown is no easy task. Thankfully, the Bourgibride shall be the exception.
