By placing an order on this website, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions without reservation.

Products

The products offered are described and photographed with the greatest care. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur depending on screen settings or production batches.

Our items are handcrafted or made to order, within the limits of available materials.

Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (TTC), excluding shipping costs.

Bourgine reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Orders

Any order placed on the website constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 

Bourgine reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a previous dispute.

Payment

Payments are made online via secure payment platforms (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.).

Bank details are processed securely and never stored by Bourgine.

Liability

Bourgine shall not be held responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of a purchased product.

In cases of force majeure (strike, natural disaster, pandemic, etc.), Bourgine shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill its obligations.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
Failing this, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
