Your order

Your order will set off a series of events at Bourgine. In just two weeks, your pieces will be manufactured from scratch, right here in 15 rue Racine, Paris. Allow a fortnight for your precious parcel to arrive. Unless your piece is in stock. In that case, it will be dispatched immediately. A missive with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as it is dispatched. If you have any questions, please write to us at bonjour@bourgine.net.

Delivery

Bourgine Corporation is a French company that sees the big picture. We ship worldwide via Colissimo in France and DHL internationally.

Shipping costs are free in France. For parcels destined for the European Union, they are €20 and for international destinations €30, with no customs charges on receipt.

Delivery takes between two to five days depending on the destination.

Return & exchanges

In the hypothetical event that your Bourgine piece is not to your liking, needs to be resized or ends up having a fault we missed (it never happens!), you can return it to us at your expense. To do so, remember to send back the parcel within 14 days of delivery in its original packaging to the following address: Bourgine, 15 rue Racine 75006 Paris.
